Take Time For The Books

Last Friday I went to see the experimental indietronica duo The Books here in Leuven citteh. A Dutch guy and a New Yorker making beautiful music with voice-samples, some kind of drumreplacing tickingmachine-computerthingie, a cello and a guitar.
Behind them was a moviescreen showing ecletic videos perfectly synched to the rythm and the sound of the music. Although sometimes it all felt a little bit too orchestrated, the show was very intimate and worth watching (but damn those seats hurt).
The Books have already made 3 albums with some fine tracks on them and since they are now touring through Europe, it might be the perfect time for you to go check them out before they return to the US.
More info about The Books on their Myspace or either on their official website.
And of course some sweet tracks for you:

The Books - Smells Like Content
The Books - Take Time
The Books - That Right Ain't Shit
